Hmm

Does anyone actually read this thing? Does it matter that my life is filled with the same stuff, different day attitude. Including some booze and some guys (even some repeater guys) and crazy softball in between? Well, here I am, not graduated, and enjoying this near disaster I call life. But it's good...and I hope yours is good too.

~C

New Years Eve

Once again, Mr. Potato comes through again. Just like stupid Sweetest Day. UG! I had an AWESOME NYE. Went to Fintini's (some kick ass martini's) then off to a par-tay. Needless to say, he once again stole a piece of my heart (stupid boys) and I don't know what to think anymore. I guess I just have to wait and see...

*Worked at the Coney. Once again, I have the best customers EVER.
*Worked at Hallmark. Good and bad. Thanks for visiting me for din din.
*Coffee. Met up with a girl I shouldn't have become so distant with. I miss you. And you also made me realize just how much I miss someone else. You guys are right...ok? I said it...I guess it just worries me that I may never get a chance to feel that way or see that look again. O what a smile those stories bring to my face.

~C

Love

I have so much to say, yet don't really feel like telling anyone. I have never regretted anything yet in my life, but that may have changed. I know a certain someone that shouldn't have my heart does, and it probably isn't a good thing. hmph. I guess that's love. and what is a girl to do about it.

~C

Sweetest Day

I thought Sweetest Day was going to suck. I actuall would have bet on it. But I went on the best date of my entire life. I swear.

Matt and I first went to Bahama Breeze (because I am the "Sweetie" we did whatever I wanted to do). We enjoyed an AWESOME meal...mmmm jerk chicken...and a cocktail...bahamamama....and fof to the lovely haunted corn maze. The maze SUCKED but I love matt's driving for some reason, and it was enjoyable adventure. Then we went to Starbucks for some much needed coffee because I was freezing. Then back to the house to watch Saw.

Guys, take note. Matt was an absolute, 110% gentleman. I was in absolute shock. For all the guys to come, he has raised the bar so high, most of you are now screwed. SCREWED. He opened the door for me, he flirted, but didn't invade my space, he listened when I talked, (and vice versa) and always made eye contact. He complimented me, but didn't make me feel weird, and made me laugh so hard I thought I was going to have wet pants. I had a wonderful, wonderful night. Thanks Potato!

Love, C (Coney)

Man, I never EVER thought I'd date anyone at Penna's. WOWZIERS. That was interesting and great, all at the same time. Who would have ever thought... Then I met these other guys through sara o o o, and I have now adopted the nick name 'Coney.' (I knew it would happen ONE day). And I work like a maniac.

Back in school. Working out is AWESOME. I wish I could just work out all day instead of going to class. I'm working on my 6-pack. I have some solid abs workin out here. And I signed up for an exotic dancing class at Wayne. Man, my life is certainly odd...

~C

Wow

I haven't been this sad in a while. It's like ten times worse than if your dog got run over, but not like someone has passed away sad. It's hard to explain.

Seve's parents sold the cottage.

Now, many of you may not understand this, but let me break it down.

A. It was a fun quick vacation. Especially when I have no time for a real vacation, it did just the trick.
B. I love going up north. It's always been like a second home, from Hubbard Lake, to Oscoda, to Caseville. I just love it up there. It has to be the most relaxing place ever. Honestly.
C. I feel bad for Seve. He's upset, even if he doesn't show it. But how wouldn't you be? It's been in his family for over 20 years. That would upset me too.
D. Sitting around a bonfire, eating smores and hobopies, watching the shooting stars and the northern lights. That, my friend, is perfect.

Now that I'm sad, and feel even worse for Seve, I guess I'll go to bed. My worrying or being sad won't change the situation.

~C

He's dad told him that he could use Jon and Barb's (his cousin's) condo in Florida for a vacation. Seve said that could be a cheap weekend if we find cheap flight tickets.

Where do I start?

I haven't updated in a jillion years, and it beats me if anyone even checks this thing anymore. I've done quite a bit this summer (seen Van Halen, gone to a couple Tigers games, and upcoming is Kid Rock!). And I've been hanging out with some great friends and have made some great memories.

I've had someone really show me the joys I've been missing out on in life and he's been great to me. You guys know who I'm talking about...

And we've had some wild nights up north... "I just need to go for a walk." "Yeah, Fuck Yeah, Euchre!" "I made coffee with well water...no wonder I had the runs." "I'm a pimp." "I've slept with 174 women." And the list goes on and on.

Well, since school will be starting, of course I will be updating more. This is one summer that was definately used fully.

~C

I found out today that Kyle has a girlfriend. But I wasn't as upset as I thought I'd be. I dunno if I don't like him as much, or are just friends with him or what. All I know is that if he had this girlfriend when he came over my house for the Turkey's birthday, he must not like her that much and that probably made her mad. I mean, he went out of his way to come to the party. Odd, just odd. I didn't even expect him or Erik to show up, and they both did. Erik told me that Kyle and his girlfriend were having problems and I asked if she was pushing him (Kyle) around. After I said it, I knew it was mean, but it's the truth. Kyle is a total pushover, and girls take advantage of him. I haven't figured out if he's just a nice guy or has no backbone. If it's the latter, than that explains why I'm not depressed he has a girlfriend. If it's the first, then I also know why I'm not depressed because she is probably pushing him around. It's just weird.

It's all just weird. I've learned a lot about myself in the past couple weeks. I've learned about the type of person I'm trying to be, and what I like about myself that I think others will either like or hate about me, but thats the chance I'll have to take. I've learned I like to push people's buttons, and I think that proves to me if they're my friends or not.

I've also learned I'm bad at taking compliments. And the reasons why I don't have a boyfriend. I just shut down. I do good until someone mentions "past friends" then I get retarded and usually aggrivate/annoy the person. I'm scared. I'll admit it. That's plain and simple.

I've also learned that if you really have to work at a relationship, then maybe its not worth it. I'm NOT saying give up or don't try, but if you always have to contemplate the next step or worrying about what you're saying or what you're going to do, then maybe that isn't the right person. And I'm also too picky. I think. I mean, I'm looking for perfection because I know I can't change people, so I don't get into relationships where I know it will be a big mess.

And by recently thinking about everything (which I try not to do too often), what happened Mel? I mean, are we that different and it just caught up to us? Is that a lame excuse? I mean, something just took a shit. Plain and simple. And I don't know why.

Enough rambling for now I suppose. Birthday is in week. Mom's was today. Got her a pedicure and a manicure. She loved it. Props to me. Supposed to go for a bikeride tomorrow and I think I may even go if it's raining.

~C

"Is there something on my ass?"

"Our eyes!"

That was the party Saturday night. I didn't get home til 6:00 am, Sunday morning. Yeah. The fun at these things is seriously never ending. Between Russ's comments, Hammer's dancing, Carlo's (Don Juan) pickup lines, Tommy's braces, Enrique, Jon, and Sevae, I don't think I've laughed that much in months. Some fun moments...

"You know, me and my buddies saw you from behind, and we think you're pretty good looking."~Russ
"Were you looking at my ass? Is there something on my ass?"~Me
"Yeah, our eyes."~Russ

"Look, who invited their grandparents. Oh, it must just be the clean up crew."~Russ

"What Hard Rock Cafe is that shirt from?"~Me
"Oh, this one's from Denver, see it says right...here."~Russ
"Oh, so Denver isn't your name?"~Becky

"F*ck, Sh*t, *ss, D*ck, P*ss....Do you swear Carlo?"~Sevae
"No, not really."~Carlo
"Well then, fuck you too you asshole."~Sevae

"Are you going to start making fun of me already?"~Jon
"No, I'm gonna start (Checks watch) now."~Me

"Have a Jello Shot."~Sevae
"I only like the green ones."~Melissa
"Here, have a blue one, they're good."~Sevae
"I only like the green ones."~Melissa
"But the blue one matches your shirt, here, have one."~Sevae
"I only like the green ones."~Melissa
"Here, have a blue one."~Sevae

...as I'm sleeping on the couch, Jon is standing next to the couch, but a large thunder erupts and I wake up and the first person I see is Jon...
"What the hell do you think you're doing scaring me like that?"~Me
"What? I was just standing here."~Jon
"No, you just scared the shit out of me, don't ever do that again!"~Me
...Later...
"Here I come over, hopping along in a bunny suit, and you blame me for waking you up! You scared me because I didn't even know someone was laying there!~Jon

I love it. It was seriously tons-o-fun. Can't wait til the next one!!!

~C

P.S. The 24th is Turkey's Birthday!!

School, work and parties.

I mean, can life actually get any better than that? First things first...

1. School. Going over the summer, but not bad. Still at a 3.91. Happiness. And if I'm lucky, I'll finish in three more years.

2. Work. Work. Work. That's about that. My firemen bought me a t-shirt when they went on vacation. My policemen come in all the time as well. My "husband" came in with a parka, gloves, and swimfins. Don't ask. Erik and Tiles missed me while they were on vacation, but who wouldn't miss me! haha. I love it.
I'm also coaching at Sterling. It is a freakin RIOT!

3. Parties. Yet another famous party at 'Diesel's', with 'Hammer' on the turntables and 'SRV' bartending. Of course, should be a blast. But by God, I AM DRIVING MYSELF. If I hear one more person say "I won't drink" or "I don't want to leave yet" I'll lose my mind. So if/when I drive myself, I will worry about myself. Then I won't watch when my friends hit on married men. Oh boy.
Also went to the HOEdown. KICKIN! I looked like a cowgirl, very cool, and some guys hit on us. I also had the worse porta-potty experience. I think I am scarred for life.

4. Shopping. This deserves its own category. I have clothes, shoes and purses EVERYWHERE! My mom said I need a garage for my purses, and I have clothes in my room, in the bathroom, in the living room, in the family room, int he basement, and in my truck. I've even asked if I can clean out the shed and put my clothes in there. I have no room, and I even got rid of clothes. But I am done shopping................................................................................................................................................at least until another coupon comes in. ;-)

I think that's about it, in a nutshell. Seen some good looking dudes lately. I've been working on my 'wink'. My hair is long. HollA!!

~C

"All the way live...

...from the cornfields, of Romeo, Michigan, Detroit Rock City, 2 double 0 3 and 4, the early mornin stoned mother fuckin COWBOY. HERE WE GO!....I got it all bitch, so whatcha whatcha want...Pop this shit, but don't pop it in my home town. The Motor City ain't nuthin to fuck with." ~Kid Rock

On Saturday, I saw one of the best concerts yet. He even covered Bob Seger's "Night Moves." Fricken awesome. We saw this LARGE woman wearing white knee high plastic boots, black underwear, a pink bra, and a matching pink boa. Fricken scary. But we did see some good looking NOT white trashy men. That was nice.

And from one of my favorite songs, 'Son of Detroit'-
"I like to cuss, yell, scream, fight and raise all kinds of hell, and if you ride to live, like I live to ride, let me hear that rebel yell. I'm a long hair, redneck rock and roll son of Detroit."

And for free tickets, let's talk about some awesome seats. The Christina concert has a long way to go to beat this concert, but I'll guess we'll see!

~C

Yeah...

So, I'll just kinda ignore everything that happened between January and the beginning of March. I guess I can sum it up pretty fast...

...Met new people through Sevae, all hang out together a lot, evcept for a certain someone who has to take a "shower and wash all the nerd juice off" and there is a supposed 'toga party' in April...

In other news, I went to Florida. It was one of the best trips ever. I went by myself (met up with some cousins) and did absolutely nothing. It was t-rif. I love every single minute of it.

I am also a Godmother, to baby Mikey. He is absolutely adorable and I could kiss him to bunches.

I am also the asst. varsity softball coach at Sterling. That is also t-rif, but not as t-rif as the vacation.

I need to finish homework so I don't wait until the last minute. My phone is also beep beeping and I need to shower. Check ya lata.

~C

New Years...and yes, this will be a long update.

So I was gonna sit home and be lame. But I wasn't. Went to my cousins bar in Grand Blanc with the fam, then got home at 1145 and left at 1215, where I "dragged" Mel out of the house to go to my friend Tommy's. Tommy has the biggest house I think I've ever been in. The basement alone has 3 flat screen tv's, a bar, a dance floor, and a stage. And everything in that house is controlled with remotes. Everything.

My friend Sevae originally invited me, and I was going to go, but then I did because I thought it might be fun and it was Sevae's b-day. I had gone out with Tommy and Sevae before, so I figured what the hell. And why not drag Mel with me.

So we get there and everyone is getting toasted. Mel sang "Forever in blue jeans" with Sevae (he carried a microphone all night) and then me and Sevae sang "Sweet Caroline." Lovely. LOL. Then we had New Years again (because Tommy has T-vo or whatever that shit is called) and I got a broken tierra. So it became my garter. So then this girl, Stephanie, spilled wine all over my jeans, and I looked down and it was just pouring into my purse. I ran (tripped) upstairs and was cleaning it out and Tommy came up and was like everything ok, and he was like yeah, and I was throwing my garbage away and his friend is like "bend lower, bend lower." That was Jon. Me and Mel didn't care for him.

So Tommy was like ok, hop on, and I was like um, k. And I jumped on his back and he proceeded to walk downstairs in the dark. I was yelling "I'm gonna fall and smash my head open," but he didn't drop me. Later he knocked a beer over and spilled it all over my leather coat. I got madder than I meant too, but now I was covered in alcohol. So I went upstairs to clean it and Sevae came up and was near passing out. Then Tommy came up and apologized and said he would have it dry cleaned for me. No biggie, I was over it. So he was like hop on, so I hopped on and he was like "this is why I like younger women, they're more spunky and agilie." LOL. So we go downstairs once again, except at the bottom he wants to do a dance with me on his back, so he spins me around and does all this shit and I'm cracking up. So then he starts singing some LL Cool J with Mel and dancing, and then they danced to "I'm an asshole." And Jon asked me to dance, I turned him down and he left. I think I made him mad, but I didn't want to dance with him. He was creepy.

So then in Tommy's amazing basement we made bags (5) of pizza rolls. Yummy. Then Tommy bit my ear and started growling in my ear, while Mel was getting a backrub from the "baller" Cameron. LOL. YOU HAD TO BE THERE! Then I looked at the clock and it was like 4 in the morning, and we could/should have spent the night, but went home instead. And we went to Tommy's the next day for the "party" that was cancelled and we ate more pizza rolls and cookies and watched the Rose Bowl (But Mel didn't eat :-(). Lovely. Then I went to Hooters and then to Sevae's. Oh boy. This was like one of the best New Years ever.

Hopefully I'll get invited to more parties at Tommy's. Then it will be hot tub time!!

~C

P.S. Mel, what did I miss???

In theory...

...I've liked this same guy...since April. I figured I was "over" him because I tried just not talking to him, so then me and him and 3 others decided to go to the movies Friday and yeah, -SURPRISE- I'm not over him. Lovely. He can take apart a firearm in like 9 seconds. How sexy is that (haha Mel). But seriously, what a mess. A big mess. And the "best" part is is that I don't think he's interested in A, me, or B, even having a girlfriend. So everything is just lovely.

On another note, J decided that we can't be friends, that he just doesn't want to be friends so it can't be done. His loss, and I know he'll come around one day. I'm 99% sure.

But yeah, I'm a pretty big goof for not just moving on, but ohwell I guess. There's another guy, a Wayne County Sheriff, and he got me a Christmas gift too, but yeah, once again, age is the factor. It has been understood that "I have a problem."

Christmas was absodutely wonderful. I love Christmas with every ounce of my body. I got a new phone and a cashmere sweater and tons of other fun fun stuff. And I gave a lot of kewl stuff too...and that bill came in, but hell, who cares, right? We even opened the coney on Christmas, which was actually tons-o-fun. I love it.

Well, that's it for now...be good! And every have a SAFE New Years!

~C

FINALS!

Finals...Good luck everyone! :-) Just another week. Then it's over.

I always am thinking, I think about everything. And isn't life funny, and odd? Like I mean, things happen for a reason, and I suppose if you believe in fate that things will work themselves out. And true love will always remain. But why do people like other people? This is something that will always confuse me. Sometimes I just don't get it.
Christine and Melissa try to show me the light, well, I guess we try to show wach other the light, but I'm still lost in the dark.

So, I've been talking to this guy, J, and we're not going out, but we've broken up twice...LOL. We decided that we should just not talk anymore, and he gave in and called me 20 min later. Then we decided again that we can't just be friends, and I texted him about an hour later and he called me. Lovely.

Actually, it's confusing, not lovely.

I went Christmas shopping. I LOVE IT! I LOVE CHRISTMAS. YAY! :-)

~C

I really don't have time to be doing this.

But hey, what the hell. So what's new? Where do I start. Been having more fun than usual. That's a pretty good thing. Been a little less stressed out as far as homework goes, but just like everyone else, it's almost time for finals! But after finals is Christmas, so it's a good thing. I love the holidays...it puts a smile on my face. :-)

In other news, I actually met a guy at a bar, and he actually asked for my number, and he actually called me, and we've actually hung out since then. Amazing, eh? We talk everyday, but of course, there has to be a catch...

Work is keeping me busy, along with coaching, but both are tons-o-fun. I can't wait for games and tourneys...yay!

I want this cashmier (sp, I know it's wrong) sweater from Express. The short sleeved one with the small pocket on it, in pink. I've been to the mall 5 or 6 times to look at it but haven't bought it. Pathetic, eh?

Turkey day was lovely. Saw a lot of my dear friends, and I realized just how much I miss them. I can't wait for Christmas...

Mr. B's anyone? Some quotes from the other evening...

(We're talking to Brian, the manager and the waitres comes over) "Well, do you want me to have him removed?"
"No, he's ok, but thanks."~Me
(Later, J is talking to us and the waitress walks over again) "You just have all the men, don't you."
"Well, it happens."~Me

"I'm in my own canoe, paddling around the middle of the ocean in a circle."~Me
"Yep, that's about right."~Becky

"I told them not to let Becky in."~J
"Oh no, don't do that. Let her in, please."~Me
"No, I don't like her, she's not coming in."~J
"Please, come on don't be like that."~Me
"No...(as he's walking away) Just kidding!"~J

"Brian asked if I wanted to go out on Tuesday, but I told him I'm busy, which I am. How old is he anyway?"~Me
"That freak, don't go out with him. Mid-thirties."~J
"Oh boy, nevermind."~J

"I absodutely love him."~me

"Where are my chicken tendas?"~J

I love Royal Oak.

~C

What's up World?

So, I met this guy named Steve. He doesn't really drink or smoke, and gets good grades. He loves sports. He is a good listener. He knew I'd be hungry last Tuesday and when I complained about my hungriness he had already bought me a pack of my favorite animal crackers. We have been studying together for Geology tests. Then today (Friday) he figured out where I worked, came down to work, followed me home, ate dinner with me and my family, and went to the Turkey's football game (which they won!!! :-)) and then drove all the way back to Wyandotte. So what is the problem with this situation?

~Christina
